They combine hands-on in the field, and some "classroom"
They take team coordination to set up–
an Administration team will need to arrange for the funding application quickly, the council will need to approve the process. Forestry will usually need to be involved to coordinate the log supply for the mill. If you have a mill, it will usually need to be serviced before the training. Admin will need to advertise for the training so people can apply. Dates will need to be chosen. All this and more goes into the training.
